Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Cashiers. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maximizing profitability. You will also be required to bartend, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring customers have a fantastic experience at K1 Speed. Your contribution will help maintain a clean and safe facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform opening duties to prepare the facility for customers.
Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
Maximize revenue by effectively up-selling products and services.
Fill the day's racing schedule and coordinate group events.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly (Smart Serve certification required).
Bartend and serve drinks to customers as required.
Lead award ceremonies for group events.
Provide customers with accurate information in person and over the phone.
Ensure the lobby, banquet room, lounge, and restroom areas are clean and safe.
Count tills accurately and provide funds for deposit.
Perform assigned facility cleaning duties.
Complete closing duties to clean the facility and prepare for the next day.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be Smart Serve Certified.
Bartending experience required for all cashier positions.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
One to three months of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions and solve basic problems.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively with customers and respond to inquiries.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic math operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages, and commissions.

Moving packages of drinks and food products.
Moving bins of head socks and folding items.
Reaching for and identifying retail and concessions products.
Work Environment:
Work performed in an indoor environment with moderate noise.
Exposure to outdoor elements through building openings.
