Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and promoting products through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and promotions. Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos. Assist in upselling additional products to enhance customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Skills

Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive relationships. Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Experience in technical or technology sales is beneficial. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to effectively upsell products to meet customer needs. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in conducting product demonstrations to engage customers. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
