Apply, coordinate and reconcile customer\'s payments, adjustments, and refunds in SAP. Liaise with the Bank and other partners to resolve payment transmission issues.

A day in the life.

\xc3\x98 Analyzes credit information to establish customers\' credit limits permitting highest profitable sales consistent with reasonably minimum losses.

\xc3\x98 Counsels and negotiates with customers to improve financial controls, suggests sources of working capital, and sets up special credit arrangements and payment schedules.

\xc3\x98 Plans credit restriction and collection tactics for risky, slow pay, and sensitive accounts.

\xc3\x98 May collect outstanding receivables in accordance with terms and conditions of sale.

\xc3\x98 Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)

\xc3\x98 Review Lockbox payments and resolve items not fully applied by auto-cash.

\xc3\x98 Save cheque images from bank portal to shared drive for audit and disaster recovery purposes.

\xc3\x98 Apply ACH/EFT payments in SAP daily on a timely manner.

\xc3\x98 Perform offsets and adjustment transactions as needed.

\xc3\x98 Prepare weekly remote cheque deposits.

\xc3\x98 Reconcile and track previous day credits & debits (fees & NSF\xe2\x80\x99s) in Bank website.

\xc3\x98 Post NSF\xe2\x80\x99s on customer\'s account in SAP.

\xc3\x98 Reconcile and track Credit Card settlements on Paymentech. Investigate and resolve any items that failed to be deposited but cleared in SAP.

\xc3\x98 Monthly Reconcile and track Credit Card and Bank Fees.

\xc3\x98 Process Credit Card refunds & charges in SAP.

\xc3\x98 Process EFT refund files and email to AP.

\xc3\x98 Reconcile Payment Plan files (Credit Card and Direct Debit) on 1st and 15th, post NSF\xe2\x80\x99s plus investigate & resolve any issues in SAP.

\xc3\x98 Setup Payment Plan as per request from Credit Reps.

\xc3\x98 Provide back up for the Billing due list and Billing daily batch.

\xc3\x98 Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.

Must haves.

\xc3\x98 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or;

\xc3\x98 Advanced degree.

\xc3\x98 Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or;

\xc3\x98 No minimum years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree.

\xc3\x98 Strong customer focus

\xc3\x98 Strong attention to detail and documentation

Nice to have.

\xc3\x98 Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking

\xc3\x98 Banking knowledge

\xc3\x98 SAP

\xc3\x98 Accounting basics

\xc3\x98 2 to 5 years of experience in Cash Application/Management.

\xc3\x98 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Windows, and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) & Word (Intermediate)

\xc2\xb7 Accounts Receivable module and distribution module

\xc2\xb7 Excel
