About the role:




The primary responsibility of the Supportive Employment and Training (SET) Facilitator is to provide a wide range of direct individualized services to clients in our educational programs including intake and assessment, literacy and numeracy training, and computer literacy training. Additional responsibilities would be to explore new resources in response to emerging client needs and to facilitate client-centred workshops. This position is under the direct supervision of the Manager of Employment and Training Services.

As the successful candidate, you have:



Education: University degree/College diploma in Education or Social Sciences with teaching experience preferred. Have strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer proficiency (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and database management) Experience working with marginalized clients who face many barriers Experience in social services Experience in an English as a Second Language setting would be an asset.
