The Casa Montessori Guide plays a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children. Responsibilities



Develop and implement individualized learning plans that align with the Montessori curriculum. Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Educate children through hands-on activities, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities using computerized systems. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive learning atmosphere. Foster a love for learning by engaging students in meaningful discussions and activities.

Requirements



Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and student records efficiently. Leadership abilities to guide students in their learning journey. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. Proficiency in computer operation for maintaining records and utilizing educational software. A deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and its application in the classroom. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
