The skills you will acquire here will be an asset to your future and opportunity for growth within our company. : The key role of the property manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties for a business that provides motor vehicle washing. This position includes but is not limited to exterior cleaning of vehicles, managing staff, scheduling, responding to customer needs & concerns, maintaining inventory, weekly coin collection and bank deposits. This leadership role requires effective communication with staff, the delivery of safety training, and ensuring that all equipment at the facilities are in good working order and is held to the company\xe2\x80\x99s high standards at all times. Provide daily reports, and conduct weekly, monthly and annual inspections. Communication & co-operation with the District Manager is imperative. This role requires a clean and acceptable driving record, in line with the stated company policy, and must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license in the province which they are employed with Rubber Duck Car Wash. Employees must comply with all aspects of Rubber Duck Car Wash Drug Free Workplace Policy. A criminal background check is required as a condition of employment. Employee must be bondable. Salary:
