Carwash Property Manager Position The Rubber Duck Car Wash is currently looking for a dedicated, driven, and motivated individual to help us lead and grow. The skills you will acquire here will be an asset to your future and opportunity for growth within our company. : The key role of the property manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties for a business that provides motor vehicle washing. This position includes but is not limited to exterior cleaning of vehicles, managing staff, scheduling, responding to customer needs & concerns, maintaining inventory, weekly coin collection and bank deposits. This leadership role requires effective communication with staff, the delivery of safety training, and ensuring that all equipment at the facilities are in good working order and is held to the company\xe2\x80\x99s high standards at all times. Provide daily reports, and conduct weekly, monthly and annual inspections. Communication & co-operation with the District Manager is imperative. This role requires a clean and acceptable driving record, in line with the stated company policy, and must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license in the province which they are employed with Rubber Duck Car Wash. Employees must comply with all aspects of Rubber Duck Car Wash Drug Free Workplace Policy. A criminal background check is required as a condition of employment. Employee must be bondable. Salary:

• $45,000 per year with growth potential.

Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Will be responsible for all operations of assigned locations.

• Occasionally attends meetings after normal business hours.
• On call for any incidents that occur regarding repair or staffing that arises during and afterhours, on weekends or holidays.
• Drives quality and excellent customer service through the day.
• Actively providing exterior washing of motor vehicles throughout the day.
• Effectively communicates and supports staff to ensure our business provides a high standard of service.
• Creates and promotes a safe and positive work environment through excellent leadership skills.
• Ensures all training and development for site staff to company standards.
• Monitors and manages site through cleanliness, value, equipment operation and service.
• Ensures daily openings and closings are on schedule. Standards and procedures are maintained through the use of checklists, regular inspection, employee communication and current/updated policies & procedures.
• Collaborates with District Manager daily in the form of email, text messaging, site visits and online meetings.
• This position requires physical labor, may require heavy lifting and the ability to work outside in ALL weather conditions, Including snow removal, landscaping.
• Builds and maintains a loyal customer base by establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness.
• Listens effectively to understand and communicate in a business-like manner to both customers and employees regarding all pertinent subject matter.
• Presents a warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional image to customers.
• Responsible for maintenance of the location and delegating duties to fellow team members or outside companies as necessary
• Maintain accountability for the operations of the car washes in collaboration with our team dispatch service and call center.
• Weekly collection of coin from sites to deposit at bank.
• Handles customer complaints, and daily operational problems. Provide customer service in an even-tempered, fair and consistent manner.
• Learns and understands the performance business data and applies it fairly to daily operations and decisions to increase productivity.
• Reaches established monthly goals.
