The Carrier Relations Manager is responsible for managing and delivering on all carrier costing requests and the associated processes and workflows. This individual will proactively identify and manage risks, costs, and issues affecting the \xe2\x80\x9cbuy\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9csell\xe2\x80\x9d relationship between Centrilogic, and its carrier partners across North America. This individual will be expected to bring their business acumen and creativity to launch and track value-based offerings and market products in conjunction with our partners. This role is high visibility, and high pressure role that drives key metrics such as revenue, churn mitigation, and EBITDA.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accuracy of detailed quote requirements including pricing, contract terms, facilities checks, install lead times, etc.
  • Maintain a carrier suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 database of contacts, product portfolios, on-net lists, etc. Specific information from the database will be for company circulation to all essential staff when requested
  • Manage the Wholesale Accounts in regard to request responses and quote generation for order processing.
  • Update the costing requirements in the quotation system before the manager\'s approval
  • Assist with carrier presales costing
  • Carrier co-ordination (relationship building, maintaining on-net building lists, and standard pricing)
  • Build sound relationships with suppliers
  • Completion of standard price list updates
  • Work with Sales teams to identify and strategize opportunities to provide additional value to our customers and drive differentiation in the market.
Required Experience and Skills

  • Completion of post-secondary college or university courses in a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • 2-5 years of practical work experience preferably in a telecommunications/carrier relations role.
  • A positive customer-focused approach
  • The ability to build relationships with carriers is a must.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills
  • Team player with excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates knowledge of telecommunication products and standards
  • Self-starter capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Strong sense of personal accountability
  • Confident speaking with all levels throughout the business
  • Experience with retention strategies is a benefit
  • Experience at a Telco and in the MSP space is a benefit
  • Able to focus on priorities and respond to pricing and other time-sensitive inquiries in a timely fashion
