Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of carpets in various facilities. Also floor finishing and general cleaning as needed. Running carpet cleaning truck and able to lift over 50 lbs as furniture moving sometimes needed. Criminal check needed as well as clean driving record.

Duties

- Perform carpet cleaning services in commercial and residential settings

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to effectively clean carpets

- Conduct custodial duties related to carpet maintenance

- Engage in heavy lifting as required for moving equipment and furniture

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their carpet cleaning needs

- Maintain facilities by ensuring cleanliness and organization

Skills

- Proficient in commercial cleaning practices

- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes

- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally

- Capable of heavy lifting as needed for equipment and furniture movement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.60-$18.00 per hour
