We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various construction projects, contributing to the building, restoration, and installation of structures and fixtures. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities



Assist carpenters in building and installing structures such as roofs, cabinets, and drywall. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Help with the preparation of materials and job sites, ensuring all necessary supplies are available Participate in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required on job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience



Familiarity with basic construction techniques and terminology is preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively. Ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform physical tasks associated with construction work. Previous experience in carpentry or related fields is advantageous but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
