Summary
We are seeking a Carpenter Helper to join our team at Ideal Teak Inc. This position will support skilled carpenters in various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of teak decking. Located in Canada, this role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional quality products to our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist carpenters in the installation of teak decking and Flooring.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required during projects.
Support the preparation of materials and job sites for construction activities.
Help with caulking, and other finishing tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
Previous experience or training in carpentry or flooring preferred.
Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
