Assist carpenters in residential building. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at construction site.
Load, unload and move construction materials.
Ability to handle heavy loads (more than 100lbs or 45 kg), physically demanding and repetitive tasks. Work at heights, dusty and confined spaces. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license to get to site locations. Safety boots, safety glasses and gloves are required.
Operate various saws, mortar and concrete mixers, air compressors, air guns, drills, sledgehammer, nail guns and concrete vibrator.
