As a Carpenter with Azbowa Homes, you'll work closely with our lead carpenter and site supervisor to turn plans into reality. You'll focus on craftsmanship, safety, and detail -- all while growing your skills and contributing to a supportive, professional team.

What's the role?

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our crew. This isn't a back-of-the-shop role, you'll be on-site, putting your skills to work on a variety of renovation projects and helping turn our clients' ideas into reality.

Your day will include:

Following direction to bring blueprints to life through framing, finishing, and installation. Working closely with the site / project manager, and trades to get the job done according to set deadlines. Making safety, quality, and attention to detail your top priorities. Representing Azbowa Homes with professionalism and care on every site.

What you'll bring:

5-8 years of residential carpentry experience. Top-tier customer service skills and a professional attitude. A keen eye and unbeatable attention to detail. Strong skills in framing, finishing, and custom carpentry. Knowledge of building codes and safe work practices. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
