Job Title: Lead Carpenter

Job Summary:

minimum 3-5 years experience. We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects from start to finish and help guide and teach the apprentices and ensure the work is getting done on time and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of carpenters to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Read and interpret and blueprints

- Perform work, cutting, , and other carpentry tasks as needed

- Utilize hand tools proficiently to complete tasks with precision

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations on all projects

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter in a leadership role

- Proficiency in and carpentry techniques

- Strong knowledge of processes and construction methods

- Experience with all aspects of renovations and construction

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
