The Role: Our team at Richcraft Homes is seeking an experienced individual to assist with minor job related tasks in the home and interacting with homeowners on warranty items. In This Role, You Will: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for installation of railings/posts, drywall repairs and roofing repairs \xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage \xc2\xb7 Performs physical labour on a daily basis \xc2\xb7 All other duties as required What You Bring: \xc2\xb7 Organized with an attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 Previous residential construction knowledge \xc2\xb7 Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence and personal vehicle is required \xc2\xb7 Personal Tools is an asset.
