Are you looking for a flexible job where you create your own schedule, work from home, and improve your home environment? We are looking for a Live-in Caretaker for an apartment building in Stony Plain. The successful candidate will live in the building and be responsible for daily operation, general maintenance, customer service, and bookkeeping. What we are looking for: -must be a handyman/woman - ability to work independently and as a team player - good time-management skills - able to prioritize and set your own schedule to perform duties in a timely manner - good customer service and communication skills - Reliable - Have a vehicle with valid drivers license - plumbing and boiler experience is a strong asset Duties: - general maintenance: cleaning common areas & seasonal outdoor maintenance - customer service: respond to tenants\xe2\x80\x99 concerns & questions, advertise & show available suites, ensure rent is collected, general communication, etc. You are the person tenants see and rely on in matters related to their home. - general handy work as neede: small repairs, prepare suites for rent - bookkeeping What you will get? - salary with opportunities to earn more - flexibility in schedule - work from home/apartment - have a meaningful impact on your and your neighbours home environment Email resumes to kkgr.apt@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.48-$24.91 per hour Benefits:
