Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a campus manager. In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of stewardship for Career College . Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and ethical standards while promoting awareness and understanding among our staff and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Development
:
Participate in planning activities; assist in developing, implementing, and assessing new programs and services.
Research, compile, analyze, and summarize data for special projects, programs, and comprehensive reports.

Student Services
:
Oversee, coordinate, and assist in providing campus student services, including admissions, records, counseling/advising, and student contracts.
Provide information regarding college policies, procedures, and processes for faculty, staff, and students.
Assure full compliance with regulations and requirements of the administration of the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP).
3.
Budget Management
:
Assist in budget preparation and administration.
Prepare cost estimates for budget recommendations, submit justifications, and monitor and control expenditures.
4. Supervision & Coordination
:
Supervise, plan, prioritize, and evaluate the work of campus staff and faculty.
Coordinate workflow and activities among departments or offices.
Schedule coverage of activities and oversee campus activities to ensure proper service levels.
5.Communications
:
Supervise the development and implementation of internal and external communications.
Troubleshooting of any issues/matters of students, faculty and staff to achieve efficient operations at the campus.
6. Employee Management
:
Participate in employee selection, orientation, training, and evaluation.
7. Issuance of Documents
:
Issue Midpoints, Diplomas, and Transcripts.
8. Student Support
:
Assist students with their queries regarding their ongoing programs, attendance, academics, etc.
9. Team Leadership
:
Lead a team of Administrative Staff, Record Keeping Staff, Financial Aid Officer, Faculty, and others to retain the daily operations of the campus.
10. Other Duties
:
Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objectives of the position of Campus Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Advanced degree (bachelor's or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer sciences,).
Three to five years of progressive experience in career college administration, compliance, regulatory affairs, project management or related fields, with demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
