Career & Employment Agent: The role of the Career & Employment Agents is to assist in the comprehensive search for job openings and to provide technical assistance and information to the general public and clients referred by Working NB. The goal is to provide resources to clients about job search and explore training and career options; manage and maintain job leads and the Career & Employment Centres; provide resume writing services; providing information on federal/provincial employment programs and services; Assist clients in using job banks and resources to access job postings; Contribute to the publication and maintenance of the Career & Employment Centre's social media pages and provide services and resources to employers looking to fill vacancies.
Education required:
u Bachelor's degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Education, or Counselling and one year of counselling-related work experience for a total combination of 5 years OR
u Post-secondary diploma/certificate in related disciplines of social sciences, education or counselling and three years of counselling-related work experience for a total of 5 years
