The Manager has direct accountability for their assigned unit, the clinical operations employees working within their identified program area(s), and the corresponding programmatic requirements of the role. In conjunction with the Site Manager, the Manager is accountable for setting and executing strategic and operational priorities for the unit. Additionally, the Manager is accountable for setting and executing strategic and operational priorities related to their staff complement, including recruitment, orientation, and professional development. The Manager will coach staff and carry out discipline when required. You will ensure the effective deployment of resources, support change management, and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
