Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic Care Manager who will also serve as a Marketer and Community Educator. This hybrid role combines client assessment, care planning, sales outreach, and community engagement. The successful candidate will help grow our client base, educate the community about our services, and ensure high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct in-home and facility-based client assessments Develop care plans and onboard new clients Lead sales outreach, consultations, and conversion of inquiries to booked services Build relationships with community organizations, facilities, and referral sources Supervise, coach, and coordinate scheduling for caregivers Monitor quality assurance and compliance Manage client relationships and handle escalations Train and mentor staff Report on pipeline, conversions, and KPIs Create and deliver educational presentations and marketing materials Maintain accurate documentation using company systems

Qualifications



Experience in home care, healthcare, or related field preferred Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid BC driver's licence and access to a vehicle with $2M third-party liability insurance Proficiency with digital tools and documentation systems

Additional Details



Base salary, profit share, and commission based on performance bonuses tied to revenue growth, conversion rate, client satisfaction, and team outcomes Profit sharing after 12 months of continuous employment Group benefits Must comply with privacy, safety, and respectful workplace policies
