Position: Site Manager
As a Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting daily operations while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency. You must be proficient in all aspects of the Attendant role, including vehicle pre-wash, customer interactions, equipment testing, and machinery operation. Mastery of these responsibilities is essential for training and guiding your team by example.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging
Motivate and guide your team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment.
Monitor team productivity and provide regular feedback. Prepare performance reviews and manage Minimum Monthly Requirements (MMRs).
Train and mentor employees for long-term success within the company.
Create, manage, and approve employee schedules to balance operational needs with cost efficiency.
Approve timecards and manage payroll accuracy.
Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
Sales
Drive membership conversions and improve customer retention.
Actively sell memberships and earn commission on sales.
Encourage upselling and customer engagement through coaching and example.
Customer Service
Deliver memorable service experiences that exceed expectations.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset, aligned with company values.
Secondary Duties
Assist with attendant tasks such as prepping vehicles, cleaning bays and vacuum areas, emptying garbage bins, and maintaining a safe, inviting site.
Perform site inspections across multiple locations to ensure consistency and quality.
Contribute to local marketing strategies to increase customer traffic, build brand awareness, and grow membership sales.
Compensation
Top-tier pay is available for candidates with advanced knowledge of car wash equipment, including the ability to identify and repair issues independently.
Commissions and bonuses are performance-based
and directly tied to company growth and profitability.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience
in a leadership or management role
Strong customer service and sales skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills with both staff and customers
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced setting
Experienced in staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with car wash equipment is a strong asset
Sunday availability is required
; full weekend availability is essential
Education
College or university degree preferred
