Position: Manager (Car Wash Facility)

Wage: $20-$25 per hour

Hours: 25-40 hours per week (Flexible schedule; typically, Tuesday-Saturday, with occasional Mondays or Sundays based on business needs)

About the Role:

Supreme Wash is seeking a proactive and hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the wash. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to step in wherever needed--from handling admin duties to supporting on-site operations during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Operations:

Handle daily administrative tasks

Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance

Manage weekly staff rosters

Monitor inventory and place supply orders

Prepare basic reports and assist with data entry and analysis

Scheduling, interviewing and training staff

Ensuring wash is open and staffed during all business hours

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Sell wash tickets and cards to walk-in customers

Promote Google reviews and respond accordingly

Provide customer service support during peak periods

Assist with traffic guidance and basic on-site operations

Marketing & Promotion:

Contribute to local marketing initiatives

Manage basic social media posting

Assist with in-store promotions and community events

Site Maintenance & Support:

Assist with cleanup duties

Ensure the site remains presentable, clean, and safe

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, social media platforms)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior customer service experience is an asset

Comfortable with a mix of administrative and hands-on tasks

Previous experience in operations or administration is preferred

Schedule:

Core working days: Tuesday to Saturday

Flexibility to work Mondays or Sundays based on business needs

Weekly hours will vary between 25-40 hours, depending on workload
