Full-Time Long-Term Supervisor (Car Wash Operations)
Location: 5462 Dundas St W, Etobicoke

About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Long-Term Supervisor and play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our car wash operations. We're seeking a hands-on leader with a passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of 6-8 employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee workflow efficiency, from car cleaning to lot maintenance, ensuring high standards.
• Train, guide, and support team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
• Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and address challenges proactively.
• Assist directly with car cleaning tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Manage inventory of car wash suds
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to uphold service quality and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to refine processes and improve operational outcomes.

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience (preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive team culture.
• Comfort working in varying indoor temperatures (hot/cold conditions).

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-Time, 5 days/week).
• Pay: Competitive wage, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
