Rental Car Agent
We are looking for a Rental Car Agent. This position reports directly to the Manager and will take pride in providing world-class customer service.
The Position:
• Work with customers both in person and on the phone to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Prep/detail vehicles so they are ready for rent
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
• Results driven and customer focused attitude.
• The ability to work under stressful situations in order to maintain great customer service.
• Above-average communication skills.
• A valid driver's license.
