Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a harvester - Captain, Fishing Master 3/4 to join our team. This position requires a degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of safety, quality and accuracy.
Job Duties:
- Command Fish dragger to catch fish
- Direct fishing operations and supervise crew activities.
- Record fishing progress, crew activities, weather and sea conditions on the ships log.
- Select, interview and train qualified vessel crew.
- Maintain boat and equipment on board, such as engines, winches, netting, cables, navigation systems, fire extinguishers and life preservers.
Job Details:
- Full time, Year Round
- Possess a FM 3 or 4 Certificate
- Have the drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving the results that meet the established criteria.
- Travel may be required from time to time.
- Start as soon as possible.
Pay Structure:
- Percentage of catch
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
