Edmonton Cannabis is seeking a reliable, driven, and experienced

Cannabis Store Manager

to oversee operations at

both store locations

. This role is responsible for inventory management, employee supervision, weekly cannabis and accessory orders, and overall sales growth. The ideal candidate must be

available for emergencies

, have a

valid driver's license

, and be ready to take full ownership of store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations at both store locations Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels Create and submit weekly cannabis and accessory orders Lead and motivate employees to ensure exceptional customer service Train and schedule staff, manage time sheets, and resolve staffing issues Work closely with suppliers and maintain compliance with AGLC regulations Drive store sales through merchandising, upselling, and promotions Respond to emergencies and operational issues as needed (must be available anytime) Ensure stores are clean, secure, and operating efficiently Handle customer concerns and ensure positive shopping experiences

Requirements:

Prior management experience in retail or cannabis industry preferred Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of cannabis products, laws, and regulations in Alberta Experience with POS systems, ordering platforms, and inventory software Ability to multitask and manage two locations effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
