Nectur Solventless

, a nationally recognized, award-winning extract producer in Canada's legal cannabis industry, is looking for our first employee--a passionate, intelligent, and self-motivated superstar to join our tight-knit team in Clairmont, Alberta. We're a small startup, currently just our two founders, who are hands-on operators working mostly evenings. You'll be the daytime powerhouse keeping our lab running smoothly and helping us grow into a nationwide leader in cannabis extracts.

The Role

As our first hire, you'll wear many hats and dive into the heart of our operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to grow with a dynamic startup in the cannabis industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and managing emails Performing iceless hash extractions, rosin pressing, and various infusions Manufacturing pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, and more! Handling shipping and receiving Conducting data entry and analysis Preparing documents and preparing Health Canada and CRA reports for CEO review Representing Nectur at trade shows and cannabis conferences (all expenses covered)
No prior experience? No problem. We're looking for a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for cannabis. You'll work closely with our CFO, supporting daily operations at our Clairmont lab and helping us scale across Canada and beyond.

Who You Are

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take on diverse tasks Passionate about cannabis and excited to grow with a startup Reliable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working independently at our Clairmont, AB lab (this is not a remote position)

Requirements

Be able to lift 40lbs. Be able to work in COLD environments for long periods Be able to handle repetitive tasks at times. Be comfortable talking with people, working with others, and working alone.
