This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
So, what will your new role look like?
As a Candidate Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with our recruiters, managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will support the team on a daily basis in the following roles:

  • Communicate with candidates, team members, managers and external partners to schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Track all interviews and interactions with candidates to ensure that each step is well documented in the ATS.
  • Open new positions in the ATS and post them on recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain data in the recruitment system to provide reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team and managers to draft offer letters, job descriptions or/and other various communiques, as well as any supporting documents requested.
  • Participate in the pre-hire process and ensure the transfer of new hires to the employee experience team
  • Collaborate with the team in the organization of various recruitment initiatives and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team on a daily basis.
  • Become an expert on our tools and processes in order to propose opportunities for improvement.
What does your future team look like?
You will be joining a dynamic team of five recruitment specialists whose goal is to provide a GSoft worthy candidate experience. As a member of the recruitment team, you will also be part of the large Culture and Organization (CO) team, which brings together several other areas of expertise, including: employee experience, social impact, communications, and training and development. Through all of these areas of expertise, we share a common goal: to put people at the heart of our thinking and our initiatives.Qualifications
  • Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar position.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills to resolve blockers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including editing and writing emails, documents, etc. (French and English).
  • Experience working with ATS, CRM, HRIS or/and equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of procedures for obtaining and managing work permits. (asset)
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures and best practices in recruiting and pre-employment. (asset)
