The Management Consulting Centre team is passionate about ensuring we have a best-in-class candidate experience from application to onboarding. Our goal is to create a positive, supportive and unforgettable candidate journey.

Our team is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to support our Experienced and Campus recruitment team in the execution of the employee onboarding activities. What you will do:
  • Drive the onboarding activities for Management Consulting hires including ongoing communication with candidates prior to start.
  • Work with the national IT team in order to coordinate equipment shipping to new hires
  • Provide regular and effective communication to the various stakeholders and ensure issues and obstacles are escalated appropriately.
  • Support the Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment Teams in administrative duties including updating and advertising job postings.
  • Support the Campus team in coordination of activities during peak campus season.
What you bring to this role:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR or related field;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of previous coordination experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn different business processes
  • Perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in managing unexpected situations
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic recruitment processes or experience is an asset
  • Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and a strong aptitude and comfort with ATS and other tools/technology
  • Ability to quickly develop a good knowledge of KPMG\xe2\x80\x99s structure, services and processes

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities based on requirements of multiple stakeholders
  • Manage sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion
