We are seeking a friendly and organized Couple to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and pleasant stay. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage guest flow in a busy environment. Duties
Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
Manage the reservation system, inquires, check in, check out, payments, deposits and floats in accordance with company policy.
Answer questions and explain guidelines which would apply to them. Distribute maps, copies of park rules and regulations. Assist campers in locating campsite, be familiar with local points of interest and location of services..
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Clean campsites by performing maintenance tasks such as cutting grass, raking cleaning out fire pits, picking up litter. Regular cleaning and monitoring of washroom/shower facilities.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office/store area.
Support other team members during busy periods.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
Cash handling experience is essential for processing payments accurately.
Host Couple is expected to work a 4 day on 4 day off rotation, On site with own RV. Camping included
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences is crucial.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
