Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing Job Summary NVISION is an award-winning hybrid digital marketing agency combining execution with strategy, providing a full-spectrum service from web design & development to digital and social media marketing. The Campaign Manager, SEO will work with our current and future clients looking to reposition their brand in the market, resulting in a more dynamic presence reaching new audiences. By fully understanding our clients\xe2\x80\x99 audiences and business goals, the Campaign Manager, SEO will lead the optimization of the site content on- and off-page to ultimately convert. The Campaign Manager, SEO will work alongside their peers who lead in other digital services such as Paid Advertising, Email and CRM, and Social Media Marketing, so it is essential to be a team player in order to support our clients in multiple offerings at once. Responsibilities
  • Running monthly technical SEO audits for all assigned clients.
  • Enhancing and monitoring page loading speeds and resolving page speed issues.
  • Refactoring CSS HTML Codes. Optimizing text-HTML ratios.
  • Improve the mobile-friendliness of websites.
  • Monitoring crawlability, analyzing log files, and reviewing crawler performance.
  • Optimizing crawl budgets.
  • Ensure that websites are equipped with an optimized XML sitemap and robot.txt file.
  • Managing metadata for clients and conducting A/B testing to increase CTR when required/requested \xc2\xba Revising structured data markups, correcting errors and warnings, or creating new markups. Ensure that Canonical links are monitored to prevent duplicate content issues.
  • Monitoring and optimizing URL structures.
  • Perform in-depth technical audits for new clients, outlining the highest priority items and realistic work back schedules.
  • Increasing conversion rates and user engagement through A/B testing.
  • Lending support to AS in setting up tags, and organizing Google accounts (Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize etc).
  • Work on client accounts; you will be the SEO lead on a number of client accounts where you will Present recommendations on the best SEO strategy based on objectives, industry targets, available time and budget.
  • Consult with clients and account leads/managers to understand their business objectives and what success looks like.
  • Perform SEO audits on client websites to analyze user experience flow, content, backlink, and technical signals to identify areas for improvement relevant to the industry and business.
  • Perform on-page SEO to drive rankings and organic traffic.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are in place such as identifying duplicate content/meta-data, redirect chains, and resolving page speed and server issues.
  • Perform keyword research for clients to create an intent-driven keyword list to optimize their website for. \xc2\xba Monitor and improve local SEO performance for clients with physical storefronts.
  • Provide SEO Reporting and Meaningful Insights.
  • Lead regular status calls with clients to present SEO performance and insights
  • Generate regular client reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other organic search initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams \xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with sales, account and project managers to identify potential and plan inbound SEO projects (ie. new opps we could sell, what resources we need for an incoming ongoing project, who on our team can we engage and train, etc)
  • Interact with the in-house UX/development team to ensure wireframes and information architecture are developed to meet objectives.

  • You are an SEO technical expert;
  • You can perform content, on-page, backlink and technical site audits to build SEO strategies and execute a monthly SEO plan

  • You are a deft communicator with a strong client-service mindset; you aren\xe2\x80\x99t afraid to educate clients on the thinking behind your approach to campaign management while always showcasing their best interests at heart. You understand the ever-changing relationship between paid search and content and can advise on what kinds of landing pages will convert best. You are prepared to go the extra mile to keep clients happy, revel in a challenge, and are always looking to excel, learn and grow
  • You can work with developers to implement the best SEO on-page practices in new site development.
  • You understand the ever-changing relationship between search algorithms and content, and can also advise on what kinds of landing pages will convert best and what best practices should be followed to improve user dwell time.
