The role of the Senior Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for the overall account performance and execution, as well as mentoring and training junior employees. Their goal is to provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Partner with the Account Managers to provide insights that inform request for proposals (RFPs), decks, proposals and planning recommendations.
\xc2\xb7 Develop best in class deliverables/reporting to clients, from available technology platforms and services.
\xc2\xb7 Be an expert in paid media capabilities, ability to find best in class solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with the upcoming tools/tech solutions that would work for their overall media strategy.
\xc2\xb7 Manage and oversee campaign set up and execution.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure consistency of ad specs/campaign objectives.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to direct site tagging strategy, and successfully manage cost per acquisition campaigns.
\xc2\xb7 Pull reports, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations and communicate these effectively in presentations.
\xc2\xb7 Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor the goals and key performance indicators (KPI\'s) for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns.
\xc2\xb7 Create strong collaborative relationships with the planning teams and specialty business units (SBUs).
\xc2\xb7 Mentor and train Campaign Managers and Associates on tools and processes.
\xc2\xb7 Partner with Account Managers to source proposals from media partners and liaise with Specialty Business Units (SBUs) as required.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure invoice clearing and budget management.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the execution of the plan - regularly evaluate campaign performance, proactively optimize campaigns, provide campaign post reports and ensure flawless campaign setup and digital activation.
Desired Skills & Experience
\xc2\xb7 Professional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application).
\xc2\xb7 Mid / Intermediate level of experience in paid search media campaigns.
\xc2\xb7 Proven in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry.
\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner. Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels.
\xc2\xb7 Understanding trafficking and website tagging processes an asset.
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources.
\xc2\xb7 Passion for data, emerging media and technology.
\xc2\xb7 Professional learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
\xc2\xb7 Client service oriented. Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
\xc2\xb7 Highly developed organizational skills with professional attention to detail and accuracy.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
\xc2\xb7 Tools to discuss with Leader during intake session to evaluate need: Search Ads 360, Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, etc.).
