Job Description
The Community Services department is seeking creative and enthusiastic students to lead the 2026 Summer Camp programs in North Perth!
With the support of the Camp Supervisor and Programs Coordinator, you will lead and participate in camp activities that provide children with the opportunity to make friends, play, master skills and participate in new experiences. Camp programs include a variety of activities such as; sports, swimming, crafts, art, drama, and other theme-based programming.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children is an asset. Candidates must be 14+ years of age. Employment is conditional upon certification in Standard First-aid CPR, Level C (completed prior to start date). Any related costs are the sole responsibility of the applicant. Please connect with us if this is a barrier to employment. Certification in the High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or willingness to obtain.
All summer student positions with North Perth have varying hours which may include weekdays, weeknights and weekends. Training will begin in early May, with camp programming running June - August.
