Hello St Johns!

We are looking for 4 local hospitality workers (Hospitality, bartending, server experience with fresh energy and outgoing attitudes) to represent a well-known food chain to serve drinks and snacks to local consumers. They will need to set up tent and tables, fill coolers with ice, manage stock, break down boxes, distribute. There will be a lot of stock movement. All staff should be comfortable with moving product from the chilled cooler behind the tent and placing it into the ice bins. There will be ice to pull from the freezer to top up the ice in the bin as well. The staff will need to keep the area clean, break down boxes and separate the plastic wrap from the cardboard so cardboard will be properly recycled. BA need to be punctual, friendly, provide excellent customer service. Keep workstations clean, Lift up to 50lbs

Important notes: Road closures start the morning of the event at 7am and will not re-open until after 8pm. Staff are recommended to take public transit; we are not granted on-site parking passes for this event.

This event will see 50K + people with peak hours at noon to 3pm, please be high energy, well rested and ready to go!

In-Person Paid Training: July 30th: 7AM On-Site

Location: St Johns Regatta - 10 Clancey Drive, St John's, NFLD TBD

Event Dates & Times: July 30th, 2025: 9:30AM - 8:30PM (11) TBD - timing may change

Uniforms: Branded hats and shirts provided with branded jackets if weather is cool. Ambassadors to provide own clean footwear, clean black Hospitality pants, (NO JEANS, NO SHORTS) no rips, no big logos. CLIENT ON SITE! SO THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

Rate: 25.00$/HR
