Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.Responsibilities:Oversee the quality assurance process for the team, ensuring local processes are aligned with global standardsAnalyze quality reporting and partner with Sales and L&D leadership to develop executive level insights and closed feedback loop to the sales teamWork with the Sales Enablement team and Sales Managers to implement regional functional strategic initiatives that align with the company\'s objectivesUse data from the QA process to identify areas where sales representatives need additional training or coaching, and work with the Sales Enablement team, Sales Managers to provide the necessary supportEnsure that the QA process is consistently executed against global standardsProactively identify areas where the process can be improved and ideas with the Global QA Program ManagementProduce and present weekly reports that summarize the QA process, including metrics and insights, and share them with relevant stakeholders.Work with L&D to determine what operational trainings QA analysts should attend to stay up-to-date on key expectations and changes that impact customer interaction (e.g. Seasonal Moments trainings)Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 6 months of experience in process improvement or quality assurance activitiesMinimum of 6 months of experience in call auditing and call monitoring experience with inside sales repsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s DegreeExperience in a sales representative roleStrong attention to detail to identify patterns and trends in data, and provide insights that can help the Sales team deliver better customer experienceExcellent communication skills to clearly articulate insights and recommendations, and actively listen to feedbackFamiliarity with Salesforce reporting or experience with data analysisPrior experience using a revenue intelligence tool for call monitoring/auditing such as GongPrior experience in Digital Marketing and knowledge of the latest trends associated with digital media, online marketing and advertisingExceptional English written and verbal communication skillsOur Commitment to Inclusion & DiversityAt Accenture, inclusion and diversity are fundamental to our culture and embedded in our core values.
