Title: Inventory Analyst - 103710

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As an Inventory Analyst for John Deere located in Alberta, Canada, you will:

  • Coordinate, analyze, and process daily, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual inventory audits.
  • Develop and participate in inventory related continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost & improve efficiencies.
  • Manage warehouse backorder investigations.
  • Provide root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review various inventory report, such as part discrepancy and double stores.
What Skills You Need
  • Experience with analyzing and auditing inventory (or equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage working in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills including high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of the appropriate operating and information systems
  • Perform more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others
  • Available to be on call in rotation for afterhours and weekend FLASH + service to customers
  • Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Experience with Distribution and Inventory Management programs and software.
  • 1 or more years\' experience working in one or more operations\' support functions such as warehouse, logistics, inventory control, etc.
  • Knowledge of parts distribution warehouse systems and terminology.
Education

Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in a Business/Management discipline, or working towards, or equivalent related work experience.
