Key Responsibilities

Decorate custom cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special events Write clean, neat, and accurate birthday messages on cakes Ice cakes smoothly and apply borders, textures, and decorative finishes

Stack, fill, and level cakes

correctly and securely Prepare and decorate

cupcakes

, including piping and detailed finishes Maintain consistency in design, quality, and portion control Work efficiently in a

high-volume production environment

Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times Assist with baking, preparation, and daily production as required Follow company recipes, decorating guidelines, and timelines Support daily operations and collaborate with team members
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience

in cake decorating and baking (mandatory) Strong skills in

cake decorating, cupcake decorating, and cake stacking

Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, high-volume environment

Able to work

8-10 hour shifts

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the business
