About the Role - Dixie Lee Team Member

As part of our team, you'll help provide excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere. Team members work front-of-house and back-of-house, including food preparation, guest service, and maintaining a safe, welcoming restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting guests with orders Preparing food to Dixie Lee standards Handling transactions and serving customers Keeping the restaurant clean and organized Unloading, stocking, and maintaining inventory Supporting fellow team members and helping train new staff

Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team players Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and pride in your work Willingness to work evenings and weekends Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)

Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour
