This very high-volume licensed cafxc3xa9 provides an exciting opportunity to build a great team & create a vibrant atmosphere. We're seeking a full-time Cafe Manager working 5 days per week including weekends.
Cafxc3xa9/Bar Daily Operations:
xc2xb7 Managing the cafxc3xa9/bar while on shift; being an exceptional leader to your team
xc2xb7 Scheduling staff and managing labour
xc2xb7 Preparing and serving coffee, food and drinks, clearing tables, washing dishes getting dirty and leading by example
xc2xb7 Creating a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for staff and customers
xc2xb7 Managing stock, inventory and ordering so we can continue to make our customers happy
Administrative Operations:
xc2xb7 Financial Management meeting or exceeding set budgets
xc2xb7 Community Engagement Active involvement in community events, building positive relationships in the neighborhood.
xc2xb7 Social Purpose considering environmental and social impact when making decisions for the store.
xc2xb7 Communication professional, respectful, and prompt communication with all team members, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Training will be provided however experience in some (or all) of these aspects will be considered a great asset.
Who YOU Are
xc2xb7 Must Have Thesexe2x80xa6
xc2xb7 Minimum 2-year previous experience in a similar role at manager level
xc2xb7 Barista training and experience passion, knowledge and understanding of coffee, roasting processes and origin
xc2xb7 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
xc2xb7 Understanding of POS and inventory software
xc2xb7 Food Safe Level 1 (or higher)
xc2xb7 Serve-it-Right Certificate

xc2xb7 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
xc2xb7 Willingness to accept and follow direction from management

Hourly Wage: from $26.00 per hour PLUS TIPS
