Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong background in restaurant management, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As the Cafe Manager, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cafe operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Supervise and train cafe staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company policies. Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with suppliers for inventory procurement and maintain stock levels. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Create staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Speaks Korean and English Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation. Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Bartending experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.44-$21.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
