We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service and high-quality food in a vibrant cafe environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. As the Cafe Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties

• Supervise and train cafe staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper food handling practices are followed.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase cafe profitability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends while adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Experience with POS systems and managing financial transactions.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Background in the food industry is preferred; experience in hotels or similar establishments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing help and support to both staff and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
