Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and restaurant management, with excellent leadership skills to ensure a high-quality experience for our customers. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cafe operations, including staff management and customer service. Customer come first attitude - delivering legendary customer service. Liaison between store staff and corporate. Responsibilities Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor, and support staff in their roles, fostering a positive work environment. Delivering daily feedback on store performance and operations. Communicates clearly to the store team the direction of the company Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the cafe environment. Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and promotions. Ensuring sales goals are meeting expectations Leadership - delegating, motivating and leading the team to accomplish store goals and company objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in Cafe management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience with POS systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in bartending or supervising is a plus but not required. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
