Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and leadership, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient cafe management.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the cafe, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS transactions
- Train and mentor cafe staff on food handling, safety protocols, and customer interactions
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize cafe efficiency and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficiency in food service operations including cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Experience with POS systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,200.00 per year
