Tank Traders is looking for an CAD Technician to join our team in La Salle, MB!

We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual with a passion for CAD design. Join our team as a CAD Technician at our office in La Salle, MB, and play a key role in the development and execution of exciting Research and Development projects! We're looking for someone to assist in creating and revising models and drawings to ensure high-quality and accurate deliverables for our projects.

Day in the Life:

Create 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks. Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to meet design needs. Prepare hardware details, material lists, and project documents. Revise existing drawings as projects evolve. Ensure accuracy and adherence to CAD standards. Prepare CAD files for manufacturing and coordinate with the team. Resolve design issues during the process Help develop and maintain CAD best practices.

What We're Looking for:

Proficiency in SolidWorks and a solid understanding of CAD drafting standards.

Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

Certification in CAD technology or a related field is an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
