Colonial Countertops is a leading provider of high-quality custom stone countertops in British Columbia. With a reputation built on craftsmanship and reliability, we are expanding our Kamloops location and seeking a skilled NanoCAD Programmer to support our growing operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable NanoCAD Programmer to join our stone fabrication team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting hand-drawn sketches and digital templates into precise NanoCAD files that can be used by our CNC machines. You will also create clear and accurate shop drawings for use by our fabrication team.

Key Responsibilities

Convert hand drawings and digital templates into NanoCAD files for CNC programming Create and maintain accurate shop drawings for fabrication and installation teams Ensure all drawings and files meet production standards and specifications Communicate with the shop and templating teams to clarify details as needed Organize and manage project files and documentation Maintain deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Work in a safe manner that complies with all safety guidelines Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

Proficiency in NanoCAD (or similar CAD software with willingness to learn NanoCAD quickly) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is beneficial Ability to interpret hand sketches and digital templates Experience in stone countertop fabrication, CNC programming, or a related industry is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
