Position Overview

We are currently hiring a

Finisher/Sprayer

to join our production team. This team member is responsible for working efficiently and safely as part of our finishing department to support the spraying and finishing of high-quality cabinetry.

What You'll Do

Operate spray equipment and hand tools Mix and apply stains, paints, and clear coats to cabinetry parts Sand, prep, spray, and finish components as assigned Follow production schedules and work orders to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized spray booth and finishing area Perform routine quality checks and report defects or issues Always follow safety procedures and guidelines Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Other duties as required within the finishing department

What You Bring

Experience in a finishing or spraying role within manufacturing or woodworking is preferred Knowledge of spraying techniques, stain and lacquer application, and prep work is an asset Attention to detail and quality-focused Ability to follow instructions and adapt to shifting priorities Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Physical ability to stand for extended periods Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred Preference given to candidates with relevant trades training or cabinet shop experience Joinery or related apprenticeship program is an asset

Available Shifts

Day shifts ( 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday)
Night shifts (10-hour shift - Monday to Thursday)
