Role Overview

As a

Cabinet & Millwork Shop Technician

, you'll work closely with our shop manager and project team to bring custom designs to life. Your day-to-day could include:

Operating CNC equipment and edge banders with care and precision. Cutting, gluing, clamping, and assembling cabinet components using melamine, MDF, plywood, and hardwood materials. Using table saws, routers, and hand tools safely and effectively. Ensuring all pieces meet our high standards for fit, finish, and durability. Assisting with shop organization, inventory, and material handling. Supporting installation and service work when required (asset but not mandatory).
What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience

in a cabinet or millwork shop environment. Experience with

CNC operation, edge banding, and general fabrication tools

. Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship. Ability to read shop drawings and work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required). Installation experience is an asset but not required -- we'll teach the right person.
Pay & Hours

$25 - $34 per hour

, based on experience and skill level. Full-time, steady year-round work. Overtime opportunities available.
