Qualifications

• Bilingue (fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais)
• License AMF (personnel et commerciale) ou en voie d\xe2\x80\x99obtenir
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences de communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite
• Un dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou postsecondaire dans un programme li\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 l\'assurance sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 comme un atout
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 mener des entrevues t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques
• Enqu\xc3\xaater, \xc3\xa9valuer, n\xc3\xa9gocier et r\xc3\xa9gler les r\xc3\xa9clamations de premi\xc3\xa8re et de tierce partie
• Connaissance pratique du CMS, y compris la tenue \xc3\xa0 jour d\'enregistrements d\'activit\xc3\xa9s, de transactions et de r\xc3\xa9serves pr\xc3\xa9cis et d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9s

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Claims Adjuster to join our team, working remotely in Canada.

Requirements

• Bilingual (French and English)
• AMF License (personal and commercial lines) or working towards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• University Degree or post secondary education in an insurance related program will be considered an asset
• Ability to carry out telephone interviews
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle first and third party claims
• Working knowledge of CMS, including maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction, and reserve records
• Strong decision making skills
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
