Duties & Responsibilities
Drive sales
by actively engaging with customers to promote and sell meat, poultry, and grocery products, offering tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Upsell and cross-sell
specialty items, premium cuts, and weekly promotions with confidence, using strong product knowledge to boost average transaction value.
Deliver exceptional service
at the register -- process transactions accurately, manage cash tills efficiently, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression and intent to return.
Support daily operations
by opening and closing the store according to established procedures, maintaining readiness for strong sales performance each day.
Fulfill retail and wholesale orders
efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet customer expectations and strengthen business relationships.
Create an inviting shopping environment
by maintaining clean, well-organized displays, eye-catching signage, and properly stocked shelves that drive impulse purchases.
Prepare and present products
