We're looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative for a corporate office position in the kitchen and home appliances industry. This is a fully onsite office- based job in Concord, ON and cannot be done remotely.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via online chat, phone, and email to drive sales and offer personalized support
• Recommend kitchen and home appliance products based on customer needs and product specifications
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and product inquiries
• Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to ensure product availability
• Stay current on new product features, trends, and competitive offerings to support consultative selling
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process enhancements
• Support team operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

The successful candidate has:

• Previous experience in inside sales or sales support
• Strong interest or background in kitchenware, home appliances, or culinary products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort with e-commerce platforms and learning new systems
• A detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Compensation and benefits:

• $20-25/hour depending on experience
• On-site parking provided
