Sales Associate & Customer Service

to join our showroom office team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on customer emails and inquiries. Call customers who have placed orders to confirm details and provide updates.

Order Processing:

Accurately process customer orders and maintain proper documentation. Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.

Quoting & Proposals:

Create and deliver quotes and proposals based on customer requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to customize quotes as needed.

CRM Management:

Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system. Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress in the system.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth showroom operations. Coordinate with other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Personal Attributes:

A proactive and detail-oriented individual. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
